Physical Education
Philosophy and Goals It is the goal of the P.E. department to have each student develop to his/her potential in physical growth, neuromuscular development, emotional control, and social awareness. The safety of each student is the first priority of this department. Each student will have opportunity to become a more highly skilled, physically fit, and well-rounded person.

8th Grade P.E. Expectations Interacting with others in practicing appropriate ways of learning new skills or sports Describe long-term physiological, psychological, and other benefits that may result from participation in physical activity Recognize in playing team sports that rules are fair to all and allow for safe participation
