Education: BA in Music Education received from the University of New Mexico. MA in Music from the University of San Francisco.
Hobbies: Playing music and working in her garden.
Misc: Ms. Vigil has been Orchestra Director for River City Music Theatre, a community theatre company for children. She served as Orchestra Rep for CMEA (California Music Educators Association)
Capital Section for 4 intermittent terms and helped with the All-State orchestra when it is in Sacramento Ms. Vigil was Recipient of the CMEA outstanding director award in 1992 and was named CMEA State Orchestra Teacher of the Year 2002. Currently Ms. Vigil is President of the Camellia Symphony Board of Directors, as well as a violist in the orchestra.
