Every school needs leaders. Now under the direction of Mr. Valdes, Cal’s Leadership class is creating the politicians and activists of tomorrow. Each week, Leadership students work to publicize whatever is going on at the school, plan events, and bolster school spirit through Spirit Days. Leadership students also spearhead Cal’s charity drive Pennies for Patients, produce the Parent Newsletter, and film bimonthly video broadcasts of school events.

Left to Right: John Litzo was elected Secretary; Maliya Vaughan will be the Vice-President; Sophie Marconi won the Presidency; and Meghan Brock received the most votes for Treasurer.

Leadership students create a newscast each month. The students inform and report on events and campus activities on these videos and, this year, will place them on the website.
